A truly remarkable and exceptional 1982 Vauxhall Cavalier MK2 SRi that has covered just 45,030 miles since new and is complete with an incredible history file. This car is as rare and as nice as they come! It really is difficult to believe that these early examples are now 40 years old! Wow...

Having been owned by enthusiasts and/or collectors since new, this incredibly rare sporty Vauxhall has remained beautifully preserved and in an unrestored condition. The silver metallic paintwork is in excellent order across all of its factory fitted body panels. Only the very odd and minor touched in stone chips can be found upon close inspection, but please appreciate, we are being ridiculously picky. As the photos and the mot history confirm, its condition really is exceptional throughout. All factory fitted tinted glass, including the correct top tinted windscreen is excellent. All window rubbers and weather strips confirm a very sheltered life. Head lights, indicators and rear lenses are very clear and free from cracks or damage. All bumper plastics and body-side mouldings are excellent. All door shuts and apertures are lovely and clean and the underside remains in a lovely and unwelded condition. This example will genuinely be one of the most original and nicest SRi's that still exist.

Internally again is beautiful. The black Recaro Highland Check sports seats are in a remarkable condition. All bolsters remain nice and tight and the cloth hasn't stretched nor loosened. The black deep pile carpet is lovely and clean and has evidently been protected with over mats since new. All door cards are again lovely and undamaged. All switch gear, dials and gauges are in perfect working order. A bluetooth radio upgrade is the only addition to this wonderfully nostalgic 1980's interior. The boot area has evidently not seen any heavy use and the carpets and plastics remain nice and clean.

The factory standard sports alloy wheels are now as new having recently benefitted from a professional and expensive refurbishment back to factory standard and are all shod with brand new matching tyres. 

Mechanically is superb and it starts, runs and drives beautifully and is more than capable of flowing with modern day traffic with ease. It is a real joy to drive and it has just benefitted from a full and comprehensive service which included a new cam belt and full gearbox service and a fresh mot.

This stunning and possibly unrepeatable car is complete with owners handbook pack, all historic mot certificates, inches of receipts and invoices and letters from previous owners etc. Current V5 registration document and spare keys are present.
